Through a sequence of meditation and writing practices, you will:

• Clear the mind using sound and breath meditation

• Write directly from present-moment awareness

• Explore sensory-based and descriptive writing

• Engage with koan questions that open new perspectives

• Experiment with dialogue, dream, and creative writing

• Participate in a collaborative group writing exercise with others
