Mind Light Way School of Zen | Path to Mastery 

Community Ambassador Code of Conduct:

As a Community Ambassador, I agree to conduct my life in accordance with the principles outlined below. These statements affirm my commitment to supporting the Mind Light Way School of Zen and its community. If I find myself unable to uphold this commitment, I will step down from my position as a Community Ambassador.

1. I will treat all life with reverence. 

I will cultivate respect for all beings and act with compassion. I will refrain from harming or taking life.

2. I will act with generosity.

I will cultivate generosity and contentment. I will not steal or take anything that is not given freely.

3. I will keep love and compassion as the foundation of all relationships.

I will treat others with respect and refrain from creating suffering. I will not fulfill my desires at the expense of others or cause harm to anyone or anything.

4. I will speak honestly to promote harmony. 

I will speak with integrity and refrain from false speech, including deception, gossip, or manipulation.

5. I will keep my mind and body strong.

I will cultivate clarity, awareness, and wisdom. I will avoid habits that weaken my body or dull my awareness, including the misuse of intoxicants or indulgence in laziness.

As part of my responsibility in supporting the Mind Light Way School of Zen, I commit to being a Sustaining Member by making the appropriate monthly donation to the Mind Light Way School of Zen, Inc. (a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization), in order to maintain good standing as a student on the Path to Mastery.

If I experience financial hardship or cannot make a donation for any reason, I agree to proactively discuss the matter with Zen Master Sebastian Rizzon or an officer of the Mind Light Way School of Zen.

I agree to uphold this Code of Conduct throughout the duration of my enrollment in the Path to Mastery.
